Los carriles sobre los que se desplaza forman parte de su camino de rodadura y deben mantener una geometr\u00eda adecuada a lo largo de toda la instalaci\u00f3n. Alineaci\u00f3n, nivelaci\u00f3n, separaci\u00f3n entre carriles o paralelismo son par\u00e1metros que pueden medirse y evaluarse t\u00e9cnicamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, cuando hablamos de instalaciones que pueden extenderse durante decenas o centenares de metros, disponer simplemente de una tabla de coordenadas no es suficiente. Es necesario transformar esas mediciones en informaci\u00f3n que permita responder a preguntas muy concretas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfD\u00f3nde existe una desviaci\u00f3n? \u00bfQu\u00e9 par\u00e1metro est\u00e1 afectado? \u00bfSe encuentra dentro del criterio t\u00e9cnico aplicable? \u00bfEn qu\u00e9 zona deber\u00eda concentrarse una posible actuaci\u00f3n?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con este objetivo, en LBcranes hemos desarrollado Inspector Pro, una herramienta interna de an\u00e1lisis que utilizamos para procesar e interpretar las mediciones geom\u00e9tricas realizadas en los carriles de puente gr\u00faa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es Inspector Pro?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inspector Pro forma parte del proceso t\u00e9cnico de LBcranes. A partir de los datos obtenidos durante la medici\u00f3n, permite analizar la geometr\u00eda del camino de rodadura, localizar desviaciones y determinar con mayor precisi\u00f3n las zonas en las que puede ser necesario intervenir. La herramienta transforma las mediciones realizadas sobre los carriles en un diagn\u00f3stico gr\u00e1fico y t\u00e9cnico, facilitando la interpretaci\u00f3n de una gran cantidad de datos y su comparaci\u00f3n con el criterio definido para cada estudio. El resultado es una representaci\u00f3n mucho m\u00e1s clara del estado geom\u00e9trico del camino de rodadura que una simple sucesi\u00f3n de valores num\u00e9ricos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div los carriles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hablar de carriles en buenas condiciones no significa \u00fanicamente observar su estado visual. Desde el punto de vista geom\u00e9trico, es necesario comprobar c\u00f3mo evoluciona cada carril a lo largo de su recorrido y c\u00f3mo se relaciona con el carril opuesto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una desviaci\u00f3n puede desarrollarse progresivamente a lo largo de un tramo o concentrarse entre puntos pr\u00f3ximos. Por este motivo, Inspector Pro permite diferenciar entre desviaciones globales y variaciones locales. Esta distinci\u00f3n ayuda a evitar una interpretaci\u00f3n excesivamente simplificada de los datos. El objetivo no es conseguir que el carril forme una l\u00ednea matem\u00e1ticamente perfecta, sino comprobar si su geometr\u00eda cumple el criterio establecido para el estudio e identificar aquellas zonas que requieren atenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rectitud y alineaci\u00f3n de los carriles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uno de los principales par\u00e1metros analizados es la rectitud horizontal de cada carril. Inspector Pro representa individualmente la trayectoria medida y permite estudiar su desviaci\u00f3n respecto a una referencia. Adem\u00e1s del comportamiento global, el sistema eval\u00faa los cambios locales existentes entre los diferentes puntos de medici\u00f3n. Cuando corresponde, el an\u00e1lisis puede incorporar un perfil objetivo de correcci\u00f3n. Este perfil no obliga necesariamente a transformar el carril en una l\u00ednea completamente recta: aquellas curvas suaves que permanecen dentro de los l\u00edmites establecidos pueden conservarse, buscando as\u00ed concentrar la actuaci\u00f3n en las zonas que realmente requieren correcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Otro par\u00e1metro fundamental es la luz, es decir, la separaci\u00f3n existente entre ambos carriles respecto al valor nominal de la instalaci\u00f3n. Inspector Pro representa c\u00f3mo evoluciona esta distancia a lo largo del tramo inspeccionado y permite compararla con los l\u00edmites establecidos para el estudio. De esta manera es posible comprobar si ambos carriles mantienen entre s\u00ed la separaci\u00f3n requerida a lo largo del recorrido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Paralelismo: analizar los dos carriles conjuntamente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los carriles tampoco deben analizarse \u00fanicamente de forma independiente. Inspector Pro incorpora un an\u00e1lisis espec\u00edfico del paralelismo entre ambos carriles, comparando la evoluci\u00f3n relativa de sus trayectorias a lo largo de la instalaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esto resulta especialmente relevante porque una desviaci\u00f3n com\u00fan de ambas trayectorias puede tener una interpretaci\u00f3n diferente a una situaci\u00f3n en la que cada carril evoluciona de forma distinta. Siempre que ambos carriles se mantengan dentro de los l\u00edmites establecidos y conserven la luz y el paralelismo requeridos, una desviaci\u00f3n com\u00fan puede no implicar necesariamente una correcci\u00f3n. Por tanto, el an\u00e1lisis no se limita a estudiar dos l\u00edneas independientes: tambi\u00e9n estudia la relaci\u00f3n geom\u00e9trica existente entre ellas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nivelaci\u00f3n longitudinal y diferencia de cotas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inspector Pro analiza igualmente la geometr\u00eda en altura. Las vistas de alzado permiten representar la nivelaci\u00f3n longitudinal del carril izquierdo y del carril derecho a lo largo del recorrido medido. A esta informaci\u00f3n se a\u00f1ade la comparaci\u00f3n entre ambos carriles, que permite analizar la diferencia de nivel existente entre puntos opuestos. De este modo, el estudio contempla la geometr\u00eda del camino de rodadura tanto en planta como en alzado. Una de las principales ventajas de Inspector Pro es su capacidad para convertir los datos obtenidos durante la inspecci\u00f3n en gr\u00e1ficos que facilitan su interpretaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los planos generales ofrecen inicialmente una visi\u00f3n completa de la instalaci\u00f3n. A partir de ah\u00ed, las diferentes vistas permiten analizar con mayor detalle la rectitud, el paralelismo, la luz, la nivelaci\u00f3n y la diferencia de cotas. El sistema representa gr\u00e1ficamente los diferentes estados de los puntos, facilitando la identificaci\u00f3n de avisos y no conformidades a lo largo del recorrido. Adem\u00e1s, cada incidencia mantiene su trazabilidad: puede asociarse a un carril, secci\u00f3n, punto y posici\u00f3n determinados, junto con los par\u00e1metros geom\u00e9tricos correspondientes. Esto permite pasar de una conclusi\u00f3n general sobre el camino de rodadura a una localizaci\u00f3n precisa de las zonas que deben revisarse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando corresponde, las representaciones pueden incorporar tambi\u00e9n l\u00edneas o perfiles objetivo de correcci\u00f3n. Las deformaciones gr\u00e1ficas pueden amplificarse para facilitar su interpretaci\u00f3n visual, mientras que los valores num\u00e9ricos mantienen las mediciones reales. Los valores obtenidos deben interpretarse siempre frente a un criterio t\u00e9cnico previamente definido. Inspector Pro permite analizar las mediciones de acuerdo con el criterio establecido para cada estudio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La selecci\u00f3n de ese criterio debe considerar aspectos como la condici\u00f3n de la instalaci\u00f3n, la clase aplicable, la tabla de referencia y, cuando corresponda, la documentaci\u00f3n contractual. Por tanto, no existe un \u00fanico valor de tolerancia v\u00e1lido para todos los puentes gr\u00faa o para todas las condiciones de medici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En uno de los estudios realizados con Inspector Pro se utiliz\u00f3 como referencia la ISO 12488-1:2012, aplicando los criterios correspondientes al caso analizado para par\u00e1metros como alineaci\u00f3n horizontal, nivelaci\u00f3n longitudinal, variaci\u00f3n de luz, diferencia de altura y variaciones locales de rectitud y nivelaci\u00f3n. Por este motivo, Inspector Pro no se limita a representar medidas: las organiza y facilita su interpretaci\u00f3n conforme al criterio t\u00e9cnico definido para cada estudio.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Medir, localizar y corregir donde sea necesario<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conocer la geometr\u00eda real de los carriles permite tomar decisiones basadas en mediciones objetivas y no exclusivamente en apreciaciones visuales o mediciones aisladas. Una vez identificada una anomal\u00eda, Inspector Pro permite determinar su posici\u00f3n concreta dentro del recorrido y estudiar d\u00f3nde deber\u00eda concentrarse una posible actuaci\u00f3n correctiva. Esto es especialmente importante porque detectar una desviaci\u00f3n no significa necesariamente tener que sustituir o modificar todo el carril.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando t\u00e9cnicamente es viable, la localizaci\u00f3n precisa de la anomal\u00eda puede permitir plantear correcciones puntuales en zonas concretas del camino de rodadura, evitando actuaciones m\u00e1s extensas de las necesarias. El proceso tampoco finaliza con la intervenci\u00f3n.
