At LBCranes we have designed, produced and assembled a 180Tn double girder crane for a French customer producing stato components for wind energy. This project was a challenging task, but our experience in customized lifting solutions allowed us to develop a solution that met our customer's specific requirements.
Verlinde Hoists
To ensure the quality and reliability of our product, we use Verlinde hoists. In addition, the chain hoists used in this project were perfectly adapted to the customer's needs.
180tn lifting capacity
The 180Tn double girder crane designed and produced by LBCranes was able to handle loads of up to 180 tons. To increase its load capacity, we used three fixed hoists of 60 tons each. Manufactured by Bofortex S.L.
Self-supporting metal structure
The drawbar crane was mounted on a self-supporting metal structure, making it extremely stable and safe. It was also painted yellow to ensure that it was easily visible and safe on the job site.
