Today we want to share with you one of our most recent projects in the design and manufacture of overhead cranes. On this occasion, we have designed and manufactured a monorail crane bridge with a capacity of 5.0Tn.
Customized design
At LBcranes, we offer customized lifting solutions for each client. In this project, we worked closely with our client and with the Bofortex S.L. factory to understand their specific needs and create a crane bridge design that perfectly adapted to their requirements.
High quality hoist
For this project, we opted for the Eurobloc VM2 essential wire rope hoist, a hoist from Verlinde recognized for its reliability and safety in the industry. With a capacity of 5.0Tn, this hoist is capable of handling heavy loads efficiently and safely.
Energy chain supply system
We are committed to using state-of-the-art technology to improve the efficiency and safety of our equipment. In this project, we incorporated an e-chain system that allows a smooth and constant movement of the overhead crane, reducing the wear of the equipment and increasing its useful life.
Bridge crane span
The span of the overhead crane is an important factor in the industry, as it determines the working space for handling heavy loads. For this project, the bridge had a span of 6640mm, making it ideal for covering the entire working space in this case.
